According to the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), during the pandemic, a larger than average share of young adults (ages 18-24) report symptoms of anxiety and/or depressive disorder (56%).

In addition to the resources in the database, work relief could be provided by the government through the Employment Development Department, where there's an application for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA).
